About Frank

DREAM IT.

I was born and raised in Kanawha City. I now live in Ward 13 with my wife and two cats. After finishing my PhD at Florida State University, I wanted to come home and make a difference in my community.

BUILD IT.

I ran for City Council because I am concerned about the public health of Charleston. From my work as a research scientist, I know that the city has a significant issue with HIV, hepatitis C, and endocarditis due to a lack of knowledge and resources for citizens of Charleston. I believe that I can help to bring awareness and education to this issue, and I can make a difference in these areas.

DO IT.

In January of 2023, I was inaugurated as the City Councilor of Ward 13 in my hometown, and I will serve anyone in Charleston that needs our help. Please reach out to me if you have a specific request or would like to know what we are working on in Charleston.
